LED street light is
the most important performance index is its photosynthetic efficiency
as a whole. A whole photosynthetic efficiency is output flux (lumens)
and the ratio of the input electric power, the unit is the number of
lumens per watt lm/W.
It not only includes the luminous efficiency of the LED itself, also
includes the constant current power supply efficiency and blister light
transmittance. In addition, also its color temperature, color rendering
index, etc.
In order to test the index of the LED dome light, we usually put it in
the large integral ball, in order to measure all the luminous flux
emitted from it. And analyze the spectrum emitted from it.

1. The whole light efficiency

itself. If use the LED luminous efficiency is 120 lm/W, so its overall
photosynthetic efficiency can reach 107 lm/W, power consumption, even
with infrared receivers whole photosynthetic efficiency also can be more
than 100 lm/W.
2. The color temperature
Color temperature: 6171 k, this is completely determined by the LED, if
the user requires low color temperature, can convert low color
temperature of LED.
3. The color rendering index
According to index: Ra = 76.2, the index is relatively low. But in
reality currently used color rendering index is on 15 kinds of
monochromatic light color rendering index of average results, it is not
entirely represent its color. So the lighting information committee
(CIE) is not recommended to determine the color of LED street light with CRI ability.
4. If combined with mask, its photosynthetic efficiency will, of course,
decreases as a whole. And will reduce a lot. So choose high light
transmittance of the mask is very important. But high light
transmittance, will enable users to see the light bead, this is also
don’t want to. Especially if use 1 w high power LED, is even more
apparent, USES the small power leds used (e.g., 3014), allows for high
light transmittance of mask, it is also very important.
